I understand no changes can be made after order has been placed. 

I understand and agree to all return and shipping policies

I understand if for any reason a shipping address is incorrect, House of Rehab cannot change and this will result in order cancellation 

I understand order processing takes 3-5 business days before shipment  

I understand due to the COVID-19 PANDEMIC there may be shipping delays with USPS or UPS beyond House of Rehab's control.

I understand once an item is in transit there is no action House of Rehab can take to expedite the delivery process.

I understand House of Rehab is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

I understand House of Rehab has sole discretion to cancel an order at anytime. 

I have read, understood and agreed with all terms and conditions including but not limited to return policies and estimated PROCESSING & SHIPPING timeframes for the items I wish to purchase.
