Shipping and Handling

SHIPPING POLICIES:

Please allow up to 48 business hours for your order to be processed. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. An e-mail confirming your order and shipment will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the billing information section.

Orders ship via UPS ground (no express shipping option available) 

*Orders shipped to a P.O. Box or any address not recognized by UPS will be shipped via USPS.

House of Rehab cannot provide additional shipping information beyond what's provided through tracking numbers once the order is in the carrier's possession. Please follow the tracking provided to monitor the shipment. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING POLICY:

We ask that you allow up to 7 business days for order processing BEFORE shipment. 

Holiday Shipping Period: November 22- December 31

CAN MY ORDER BE CANCELLED OR CHANGED?

In an effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot accept any changes to orders once they are placed.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, CAN THIS BE CHANGED?

Please check your shipping address for accuracy before finalizing your purchase. For any reason a shipping address is incorrect, this cannot be changed. For the security reasons, the order can only be shipped to the address provided at checkout. 

Customers can also opt to contact carrier once their order is in transit, and opt to have the package held for pick-up instead. 

WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. 

We offer additional voluntary insurance for lost, stolen or not received packages via Route.  This option is available at checkout for a small fee.  If you deselect the shipping insurance at checkout House of Rehab will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

MY PACKAGE SHOWS IT'S STILL IN TRANSIT, CAN YOU HELP?

Once an item is in transit with the carrier, there is no action we can take to expedite the delivery process. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

MY PACKAGE HASN'T ARRIVED YET, CAN YOU FILE A CLAIM FOR ME?

House of Rehab is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe the package to be lost or stolen, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier or with Route package insurance (if selected during checkout)

MY TRACKING IS SAYING MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER, CAN YOU SHIP BACK OUT?

Any item returned to our location due to an insufficient or incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer will not, under any circumstance, be re-shipped back out to the customer. These instances will be treated as a standard return for store credit only. The return will be less the initial shipping fee and less a $8 return to sender fee (UPS charges a fee for every item returned to sender).

CAN MY ORDERS BE COMBINED??

If you place multiple orders, they will ship in the order they were received. Shipping is non-refundable.

+ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please check your shipping address for accuracy. We ship via UPS Ground  International. Shipping charge do not include any import tax, duties, or customs and clearance fees which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country and House of Rehab is not responsible for these fees. As the Importer of Record, you are responsible for any additional charges.
