DELIVERY ISSUES
What to do if your package says 'delivered' but you haven’t received it:
We definitely understand the frustration. Sometimes, carriers incorrectly scan a package as delivered and may still deliver it on a later date. Other times, not often, the package may be lost in transit while in the possession of the carrier.
If this happens:
- Use your tracking number to start a claim with the carrier (USPS or UPS).
- For UPS, submit a claim or call 1-866-742-5877
- Once a claim has been submitted and has a valid claim number, contact our customer service team via email: help@houseofrehab.com and they will assist you with a replacement or refund depending on inventory availability.
- Refunds are issued via store credit
