Return Policy
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unworn/unused items to us within 14 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
RETURN PROCESS
All returned items are inspected before a Store Credit can be processed. Please ensure that the items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. You will be notified of your store credit via email.
DEADLINES
Please report any issues within the below deadlines:
- Damaged/Defective: Within 10 days of when the package was marked delivered
- Incorrect Items: Within 10 days of when the package was marked delivered
- Missing Items: Within 10 days of when the package was marked delivered
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you would like to exchange an item due to being damaged/defective OR due to the incorrect item being shipped to you, please contact customer service within 10 days after the package is received. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 2-3 business days, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage.
If entitled to a replacement item due to defect or damage, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within a reasonable period of time. If the replacement item is not available, you will receive a full refund.
WARRANTY
House of Rehab offers a 90 day warranty on all handbags and small leather goods. For any quality-related or manufacturing defect issues within this time frame, an exchange or replacement will be honored. Please open your packages upon receipt. House of Rehab is not responsible for how I carry & treat my product.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Price adjustments are not available on any purchase.
CHANGES/CANCELLATION POLICY
No changes will be made once an order has been placed.
Due to the fast pace of our business, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to orders once they have been placed.
