Rehab Workshop: Hand Painted Handbag
Hey Guys (read that in a YouTube voice),
I wanted to pop-in and show you al this beautiful shoulder bag I purchased last week. The bag was a sample from my job. The blue color caught my eye and the price was great. I couldn't pass it up!
As soon as I got my hands on it, I knew that I wanted to add something special to it. Check out the video below to see how I did it.
Ready to paint your own? Here's a few things to get you going.
What You'll Need:
Acrylic Paint (choose the higher quality, multi-surface kind. Should cost about $2)
Paint Brushes (I used one foam brush and two smaller paint brushes from the painters section at Michael's)
Design Idea (I totally free-styled this leopard print look, but if you would like to plan ahead you can use a light pencil to draw out a design)
Find a large enough workspace and get to work!
Before:
As you can see there were some scratches on the leather.
After:
As always, leave a comment below on your thoughts or results if you try this at home. I love to hear feedback from you all!
