Sunday, I had the pleasure of attending the second annual Ultimate Style Expo presented by Scotta Intimates. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. It was a great experience to mix and mingle with some local fashionistas as well as shop and support local brands.

 Ultimate Style Expo was created to showcase local fashion talent in Detroit. The show kicked off with a runway show featuring fashions from Detroit designers and boutiques. Check out some of our favorite looks below.

Can't forget Scotta Intimates!

The blogger style competition featuring fashions from Thrift on The Ave was a great way to showcase the art of "rehabbing". Three Metro Detroit bloggers styled their thrifted pieces into something new and modern. 

Can't forget the wonderful vendors like The Pearled Shoebox, a traveling vintage shoe boutique.

From runway shows and live make-up demonstrations and networking opportunities, the Ultimate Style Expo had a little bit of everything to feed a fashionistas appetite. Next stop Fashion Week! (See ya next year).
